Scratch and swirl mark resistance facts
There is plenty of misinformation out there about the true amount of resistance that coatings have against the new introduction of swirl marks and fine scratches when washing your car.
The facts are that no coating on the market can 100% prevent scratches from happening but do resist swirl marks somewhat
However where our coating truly stands alone is in it's ability to resist the introduction of swirl marks by 85 percent
In one of our tests, we had a customer put his coated Ford F150 through three hundred washes over the course of a few years
After they were done, only a tiny amount of swirl marks were found on the entire truck.
This is because the coating absorbed almost all of the swirls within it's super thick flexible layer
Because our coatings are between two and five times as thick as all other coatings on the market, the layer is super thick and this acts like a shock absorber when vehicles are washed and dried poorly and wiped down so many times with towels.
You can rest assured that the vast majority of wash marring, scuffs and wash marring will sit within the coating and any severe marks and scratches can be polished out as the coating is polishable, one of it's unique characteristics.
Many other coatings are not polishable as you remove it all when doing so or you can't even remove any of it as it's so hard due to the design of it resisting everything up to 1500 grit sandpaper. This idea is a mistake as so much paint has to be removed by a 1500 grit disc or paper to remove the coating fully.
